Request a Field Trip

The field trip booking process begins when a teacher fills out this form to request a trip. Once you have filled out all of the required information and submitted this form, a Group Reservations specialist will call you within five (5) business days to finalize the reservation and discuss payment terms. Field trips are for K-12 schools. Field trip scholarship funds may be available for California Title I schools. Click here to learn more about Field Trips.

Field trips are available Tuesday through Friday. School hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., September 5, 2023 to June 7, 2024. Please note, from February 13-16, 2024, we will host Teen Week at The Tech, a week designed and tailored exclusively for Grades 6-12. We do not recommend bookings for elementary and lower grades during this time. Thank you for your cooperation.

Innovation Lab

Innovation labs are available Tuesday through Friday, Sept. 5, 2023 to June 7, 2024. They will not be available during the summer. Click here to learn more about our Innovation Labs. Science Lab

Labs are available Tuesday through Friday, Sept. 5, 2023 to June 7, 2024, and will run either 60 or 90 minutes. Summer labs will run June 20 to July 28 and will be 60 minutes. By checking below you are acknowledging and accepting the following terms: Monitoring of students’ behavior is the group’s responsibility. Groups unable to properly monitor their students may be asked to leave. Bringing enough chaperones (one adult for every eight students) is the responsibility of the school staff. Chaperones must be at least 18 years old. It is the group’s responsibility to arrange for all transportation needs. You will receive a preliminary confirmation of your order by email and a phone confirmation within 5 days. Payment in full is required 3 weeks from the day of booking.
